Using Traceability Integrity

1. When you first enter the Traceability Integrity option , the system display the status of the unlotted and lotted traceable source check. The status lines " Checking unlotted Traceable Sources xx% Completed" and " Checking lotted Traceable Sources (Item id) xx% Completed " will appear followed and then display the following information:

• Lotted Items - for Lotted items the total number of lots and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.
• Purchase Order - for unlotted items, the total number of lots created from Purchase Orders and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.
• Transfers - for unlotted items, the total number of lots created from Inventory Transfers and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.
• Planned Transfers - for unlotted items, the total number of lots created from Planned Transfers and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.
• Work Orders - for unlotted items, the total number of lots created from Work Orders and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.
• Other Lots - the total number of lots created not created from Purchase Orders, Transfers, Planned Transfers, and Work Orders and the percentage traceable to source product items and lots and the total number lots missing source records.

2. The command line will have the following options:

• XX Lots to Source - Select XX lots to source to manually apply the source product item and lot to the items and lots that cannot be traced back to the source product item and lot.
  • A " Select a Traceability Problem" window will appear with the following :
  • Exit - Select Exit to return to the Traceability Integrity main screen.
  • A listing of lots that could not be traced back to a source product and lot with the following information
    • Lot Number.
    • Date the lot was created.
    • Item ID.
    • Item Name.
    • Lot Number.
  • Scroll to select a lot to manually apply to source product and lot.
    • Enter the item group code in the Item field or press F3 for a List of Item groups. Select the item from the list. See Navigating Net Yield - Selecting an Item Code for directions on how to enter an item code.
    • A "Select A Purchase Order As the Source: window will appear with the following information:
      • Exit - Select Exit to from the Item selected.
      • A list of Purchase Orders found for the item selected starting with the most recent purchase with the following information:
      • The Purchase Order Received Date.
      • The Purchase Order Number.
      • The Vendor ID.
      • The Vendor Name.
    • Scroll to the Purchase Order to assign and press enter to assign the source product and lot.
  • Exit - Select Exit to exit from the Traceability Integrity
